Shipping Domestic

I will ship 4-6 weeks after payment has been confirmed, as all kalexerceramics are made to order. I wrap all pieces in bubble wrap and add peanuts to the box if there's room. Smaller boxes we'll ship USPS Priority Mail. Larger boxes we typically -but not always - ship FedEx Ground. If you live somewhere that needs specific shipping, just let me know at the time of purchase. 

All pottery is shipped with insurance against damage.

At the moment, i do not ship overseas. 

Returns

Although I make every effort to represent my pieces accurately, occasionally there may be a reasonable return. I will do my best to satisfy you. There are no refunds on sets. I will not refund original shipping costs. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be sure and use the original packaging to ensure that the pottery will return safely home.

Damages

Pieces damaged during shipping will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt, if anything is damaged. If your order arrives in broken pieces, don't worry, we can find a solution! If this happens to you, here's what you do:

1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me ASAP.
3. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
